Coconut Steamed Veggies
If you want a quick, clean meal that will leave you feeling full for hours - try this one out! Remember, I don't post anything that isn't super simple to make!
(Makes 1 Serving)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli or green beans
1/2 cub sliced fresh carrot
1/2 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
1/2 tsp coconut oil (this fills you up!)
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Add water to medium saucepan; bring to a boil
2. Add veggies to saucepan; cook and cover 4-5 minutes or until tender-crisp
3. Place veggies in serving bowl. Add coconut oil and salt; toss gently to coat
That's it! You are done! Enjoy!
