#2 Answer: I'm sure you read "Fiber Shake" and thought, "That sounds like I might crap my pants". Well good news! You won't! However, you may get a little bit gassy if raw foods are not typically in your diet. If you are someone who is always eating processed foods, or fast food, it may be wise a few days before starting your journey to eat a couple of salads. Some bloating and some gas is totally normal on The Refresh and actually should be welcomed (even though it may not be by the other person in the room) because it shows that The Refresh is doing its job in cleansing your body and properly breaking down what it needs to. Again - you will NOT be running to the bathroom.
Seriously, the 3 Day Refresh is the easiest cleanse you can do for yourself. Many who are serious about their fitness do it once a month, some do it once a quarter to keep themselves up to par, and some - like myself- will do it after some great indulgence (vacations, birthday weekend, etc.) It is the best way for me to get back on track, and not feel guilty about enjoying festivities from time-to-time.
