Cinnamon Ricotta Crunch

Another favorite of mine from the ChaLEAN Extreme Nutrition Guide. Wait until you taste this!!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Skim Ricotta Cheese
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 TBS Slivered Almonds
1/2 Cup Berries

Directions:

Scoop the ricotta cheese into a cereal bowl. Mix in the cinnamon and berries. Top with slivered almonds.
