Accountability partners work for many reasons, but some of the top reasons are:

An accountability partner helps you to brainstorm and incorporate new and creative ways to get the task done: The old saying goes, "Two heads are better than one" and in the case of accountability partners this couldn't be more true. Perhaps you are struggling with your workout, unable to figure out what you are doing wrong, or not seeing results. Your accountability partner can recommend new and different recipes, modifications, changes of scenery or even music to keep you going. That person may have a few tricks up their sleeve for when the going gets tough, so they can help you keep going.
An accountability partner is there for motivation and support: For many of us, a new journey into a healthier and more fit world can often times be met with opposition from friends and family who are just not ready yet to take their own journey - so they attempt to talk us out of our own. If you are not careful, these negative voices can lead you astray and inevitably keep you exactly where those people want you - far from your goals. Your accountability partner is there to inspire and motivate you to be your best when others think you can't do it. They are there to support you when you are ready to cave on your diet, skip a workout, or received a negative comment on one of your Facebook posts about your new journey. Your accountability partner is there one cheering you on when it seems like the world is trying to tear you down.
Are you looking for someone like this in your own journey? I encourage you to reach out and allow me to pair you up with an amazing support group that I run full of women just like you. Together we will work to not only reach all of our goals, but to create and inspire new goals. As I always say, I love hearing from new people so PLEASE feel free to reach out.
